A Data Controller decides why and how personal data is processed. A Data Processor acts on the controller's instructions. CODEONE-X typically operates as your Data Processor, building systems to your specification under a signed Data Processing Agreement — you remain the Data Controller and retain full ownership and decision-making authority over the data.
Can CODEONE-X build GDPR-compliant systems for international clients?+
Yes. We design data pipelines and applications around data minimisation, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, audit logging, and regional data residency to support GDPR, CCPA, and Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act.
What hosting and infrastructure does CODEONE-X use?+
